Great American Cleanup: We will be cleaning up Gold Avenue between 9:00 am and noon on April 26, 2014. Meet at 9:00 am at Gordon’s House, 1515 Silver Avenue. There will be a trash truck at the SW corner of University & Gold if you want to drop off trash. Attachment 2

Letter from State Senator Gerald Ortiz Pino: The latest legislative session is now over. Senator Pena tried to get legislation that would start to move NM to consider decriminalizing marijuana.
Cheba Hut Beer & Wine License: The Cheba Hut has submitted an Application for Issuance of Restaurant (Beer & Wine) License even though they already have a license and they are more than 300 feet from UNM. They are just making sure they are covered if the NM Supreme Court rules that it has to be 300 feet from the nearest property line of the establishment the nearest property line of the school or church. They are more than 300 feet from their establishment to the UNM property line but the property line of the multiple businesses sharing their property would be less than 300 feet. Attachment 5
Bosque Brewing: Bosque Brewing is requesting a waiver for a Small Brewers Offsite License (Tap Room) at the old Hollywood Video store located on the SW corner of Central & Girard. Attachment 6
Zoning:
1. 210 Sycamore SE: There are 6 people living in the 12’ X 12’ Space which has apparently just been built without permits. This property is zoned for 3 dwelling units per Conrad (City of ABQ) but current has 6 or 7.
2. Yale Blvd: The funds to redo Yale Blvd have been sent to the West Mesa as a result of the Council Redistricting. If nothing is done this year the landscaping will probably die this summer. Gordon will call MRW (Morro, Baker, Reardon) to see what is happening.
Minutes Approved: The February 2014 minutes were approved with changes.
