O Ramen Restaurant 2114 Central SE: Applying for beer & wine license. Nobody thought this was a problem and SHNA will support following the law.
Sahara Middle Easter Eatery 2622 Central SE: Applying for liquor license. This is in University Heights Neighborhood. We will support their wishes.
2109 Gold Variance: The City approved the reduced parking space length of 24 feet.
1924 Silver SE: Isaac Chavez has received approval from the Historic Committee to re-stucco, repair fencing, replace the roof, and redo the retaining wall on 1924 Silver SE. He is also seeking approval of plans to extend the house replacing an existing structure.
Parking Passes: It is that time of year again when we all need to renew our parking Permits. Parking permits will be available starting on August 1, 2014. You can receive up to two free parking permits and a guest permit. Take the following documentation to the City of Albuquerque Parking Division, Plaza Del Sol, 600 2nd St. NW, room 510:
1) Valid Government issued ID Card or Student ID Card
2) Proof of residency (Utility Bill, Local Property Tax Bill, Paycheck Stub). If you are not the property owner, please provide your current lease or notarized letter from property owner verifying a tenant agreement.
3) Current Motor Vehicle Registration(s) for all vehicles requiring a permit
