Zoning Personnel Changes: Leslie Nagi is taking over for Maryellen Hennisey. Brennen has been promoted.
Election of Officers: Positions open are:
Board Member/Treasure – Elizabeth Doak was nominated
Board Member – Tom Ocken was nominated
Board Member – Alanna Apodaca – Not interested to in holding office
Board Member – Gordon Rieselt – Not interested in holding office
Board Member – Katy Braziel was nominated
Open Board Position – Richard Hallet was nominated
All nominations were approved unanimously.
Martin Luther King March: The march will be held on Saturday 1/14/17 starting at 10:00am. We will march from the intersection of Martin Luther King Avenue & University Boulevard to Civic Plaza. All down hill!
Development of vacant land North of Presbyterian Hospital: There will be a Zoning hearing on the development of the land to the north of Presbyterian Hospital on 2/9/17. The development plans include hotel and apartments/condos with retail space on the ground level. The meeting will be held in the basement of Plaza del Sol Building located at 600 Second NW.
Approval of Board Meeting Minutes: The Board Meeting Minutes from 11/14/16 were approved.
