When you see a neighborhood issue that needs attention and follow-up, post your observation to the blog. Others can reply to your post with helpful information. You may take follow-up action, or someone else can act.
If you post information that can be followed up by someone else, categorize it as a ‘Group Action’ post.
When you contact the City and they give you a reference number, append that information to your post so others can use the reference number if they are following up.
