RSVP is to <a href=\"mailto:dlutz@cabq.gov\">dlutz@cabq.gov<\/a>. <em><a title=\"Mayor's Forum\" href=\"http:\/\/www.silverhillabq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/2012-07-09-Mayors-Forum-Attachment-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Attachment 2<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><!--more-->APD Appreciation Barbecue:<\/strong>\u00a0 A contribution of $75.00 was approved by unanimous vote.\u00a0 Elizabeth will get cash to bring to Gordon to give to Sandy Pino. This is the same amount donated last year. <em><a title=\"APD Appreciation BBQ\" href=\"http:\/\/www.silverhillabq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/2012-07-09-APD-Appreciation-BBQ-Attachment-3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Attachment 3<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zoning: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lovelace EPC Application \u2013 At this time we are\u00a0not aware of any objections from Huning Highlands Neighborhood Association. We will support the Huning Highlands Neighborhood Association\u00a0in their decisions. <em><a title=\"Lovelace EPC Application\" href=\"http:\/\/www.silverhillabq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/2012-07-09-Lovelace-EPC-hearing-Attachment-4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Attachment 4<\/a><\/em><\/li>\n<li>The Nob Hill Off-Street Parking for Restaurants and Bars Regulation has been deferred until Thursday 7\/12\/12.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ike Benton: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ike Benton\u2019s office is trying to set up a\u00a0meeting between SHNA, the Zoning Department, and the Owners of 1502 Silver\u00a0to ensure that all parties understand the final ruling regarding the\u00a0maximum number of dwelling units permitted on this lot.<\/li>\n<li>Ike Benton\u2019s office is also setting up a\u00a0meeting on the Yale Corridor landscaping with SHNA, the Parks Department, Don Hancock, and Morrow\/Reardon\/Wilkinson Landscape Archeticts who designed the watering system.\u00a0 The watering system may have been damaged during the Lead\/Coal Project and the City is currently watering\u00a0the trees by truck.\u00a0 The Parks\u00a0 Department says they don\u2019t have the money to fix the system.\u00a0 This issue needs to be resolved quickly\u00a0and the system needs to be returned to full operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>National Night Out:<\/strong> Will be held Tuesday August 7<sup>th<\/sup> from 7:00pm to 9:00 pm. Rich will host food &amp; drink on his front porch. <em><a title=\"National Night Out\" href=\"http:\/\/www.silverhillabq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/2012-07-09-National-Night-Out-Attachment-5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Attachment 5<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Neighborhood Newsletter:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Neighborhood Newsletter for June and July 2012 is now available on line at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cabq.gov\/planning\/nbrcoord\/documents\/JunJul2012.pdf\">http:\/\/www.cabq.gov\/planning\/nbrcoord\/documents\/JunJul2012.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lead\/Coal Project:\u00a0 <\/strong>The project has been completed.\u00a0 What a great job and such an improvement in our neighborhood.\u00a0 Our thanks go out to the City for all the work they did and the professional manner in which it was done.<\/p>\n<p><strong>University Landscaping Project:<\/strong> We were told that the University Landscaping would start soon after the Lead\/Coal Project was finished.\u00a0 Katy will call to determine the status.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trees\/Landscaping:<\/strong>\u00a0 The City is moving to hire a contractor to perform the landscape maintenance throughout the city.\u00a0 The parks department does not have the resources or expertise to do this work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Board Meeting Minutes Approval:<\/strong>\u00a0 The June Board Meeting minutes were approved unanimously.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keep America Beautiful:<\/strong>\u00a0Elizabeth is working with a contractor to design and build the Pilot Recycling Project Collection Bins.\u00a0 It is moving forward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crime:<\/strong>\u00a0Bill Cobb sent an email to Sandy Pino and asked for some help and it appears things have improved.\u00a0 Thanks Bill for this and so much more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meeting Adjourned:<\/strong> 8:05 PM<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Board Members Present: Richard Braziel, Gordon Reiselt, Matt Sexton, Elizabeth Doak, Craig Wallace. \u00a0Attachment 1 Guests: None Meeting called to order: 7:10 pm \u2013 Heavy Rain delayed starting time.
