The Square footage of the building is 27,000 sq. ft. they claim 50+ parking spaces. Future possibilities of the building use include:

Return to discussion with ACE (short timeline) or;

Enter discussion with Connections, another smaller charter school which is nationally franchised and focuses on students working on-line and concurrently enrolled at UNM/CNM etc.(longer timeline).

2109 Silver – When tenant moved out and landlord sent cleanup crew, they dumped the trash in the parkway where it sat for days. The board expressed a great deal of frustration and voted unanimously to write an 092 request asking for a declaratory ruling. Gordon will do this.

1424 Silver – Residence may have been sold. Rumor has it that the 1502 owner also bought this property.
