This could involve encouraging the use of neon signs, advertising and more.<\/li>\n<li>East Central Bus Rapid Transit (RBT) is holding a public input meeting on 2\/27\/13 from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm and an all day working session on 2\/28\/13 at <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Heights<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Community Center<\/span>. Ike is pushing for elevated stops &amp; off-bus ticket purchase options to speed the loading and unloading. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Creating bump out and priority stop light access would also allow buses to go first at traffic lights.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0South Yale landscaping from Coal to Gibson is also moving forward. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<b>Zoning Issues:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Front Yard Parking: <\/b>Gordon wrote a letter to the City about front lawn parking at 2119 and 2103 Silver SE. He also placed the SHNA approved note explaining why parking in the front lawn is illegal on the windshields of the offending cars.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2119 Silver is still parking on the front yard even though they received notice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2103 Silver is not parking on the front yard any more since they received notice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>1502 Silver:<\/b> Gordon sent the email from Nathaniel Sims to City Zoning and they said that nobody from the City had spoken to Mr. Sims as claimed in the letter. The City also said they are still working on the declaratory ruling.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>1428 Silver:<\/b> A historic project has been submitted for a new roof and Robert Stembridge is plan is to do a really good job on the restoration of his house.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Lead\/Coal Landscape Project<\/b> from I-25 to Broadway has started. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Neighborhood News: <\/strong>The January and February edition of the Neighborhood News was passed around. <a title=\"Jan\/Feb Neighborhood News\" href=\"http:\/\/www.silverhillabq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/2013-January-February-Neighborhood-News.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Attachment 2<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Meeting adjourned<\/b>: 8:10 pm<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Board Members Present: Gordon Reiselt, Rich Braziel, Alanna Apodaca, Elizabeth Doak, Jim Montalbano &amp; Tom Ocken. \u00a0\u00a0Attachment 1 Guests: Isaac Benton, Katy Braziel, Lori Jameson, and Edward Jameson.
