A great deal of time and expense has been spent to install the bubbler system for the trees and we would like to have a copy of the watering schedule for the tree bubbling system during the winter when the grass is not watered.<\/p>\n 5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Weed killer (Roundup) needs to be applied around all of the trees to kill weeds and crab grass.<\/p>\n 6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Phone calls are never returned.\u00a0 Multiple calls requesting CB have been made through the 311 line. None of the 311 calls made by the Park Volunteer, requesting service, were returned after February 2013. There was no Parks Department response as a result of the meeting with Doug Lutz.\u00a0 The follow up call with Doug Lutz also resulted in no response from the Parks Department. The second follow up call to Doug Lutz also resulted in no response from the Parks Department.<\/b><\/p>\n 7)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We need new mulch in the areas without grass.<\/p>\n 8)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The watering system for the trees on Yale is still not working.\u00a0 Funds were to be allocated to this but it has apparently not happened.<\/p>\n The $1.5 million of capital improvements in this area will be lost if something is not done.\u00a0 Gordon will take pictures and write a letter to the City.<\/p>\n Street Lighting: <\/span><\/b>There is no street lighting at Terrace & Silver Intersection and this is very dangerous especially with Silver being a bike blvd.<\/span><\/p>\n Four Way Stop:<\/span><\/b> A four way stop is needed at Gold & Buena Vista.\u00a0 <\/span>Lots of trucks are using Gold to bypass Central and there are frequent accidents at this intersection.<\/span><\/p>\n Parking Permits:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0 <\/span>The Parking Permit Department has changed their interpretation of the parking ordinance.\u00a0 <\/span>When Doug Lutz attended our September 2013 board meeting he offered to get a send a copy of the ordinance to Gordon.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>We have not yet received a copy of this ordinance.
