Wine) License even though they already have a license and they are more than 300 feet from UNM.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>They are just making sure they are covered if the NM Supreme Court rules that it has to be<b> <\/b>300 feet from the nearest property line of the establishment the nearest property line of the school or church.
