Time and Location of the Meeting:<\/strong> the meeting was held at CNM Conference Room and was called to order at 7:07 pm.<\/p>\n

Board Members Present:<\/strong> James Montalbano, Rich Braziel, Tom Ocken, Elizabeth Doak, Aaron DuBay, & Richard Hallett. Sign-in Sheet<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

Others Present:<\/strong> Erin Engelbrecht\u00a0 Sign-in Sheet<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

Erin Engelbrecht \u2013 City of Albuquerque (COA) Environmental: <\/strong>Erin is reaching out to the community to hear what environmental issues are of concern to people. One issue brought up was wildfires. Erin spoke about the importance of the urban tree canopy.<\/p>\n

Lead & Coal Two-Way: <\/strong>The meeting will be on Friday 8\/17 from 10:00 to 11:30 at the Mid Region Council of Government 809 Copper Ave NW 87102 to discuss Coal & Lead issues.<\/p>\n

Roosevelt Park Thursday Summer Events:<\/strong> We will have 2 food trucks for the event on Thursday 8\/16 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Roosevelt park. $100 from SHNA approved to support the event.<\/p>\n

Parking Permits:<\/strong> It is time to get your On-Street Parking permits. You will need your driver\u2019s license, car registration, & one of your utility bills or lease agreement to prove residency. The permits are issued on the 5th<\/sup> floor of the Plaza Maya building located at 600 2nd St NW.<\/p>\n

SHNA Treasurer\u2019s Report – June, July, & August 2018 : <\/strong>Currently we have 27 members. The previous balance was $2,222.33. The following deposits were made:<\/p>\n

6\/27\/18\u00a0 $100.00 Location Filming donation by halflife*digital<\/p>\n

6\/30\/18\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 $0.09 Dividend<\/p>\n

7\/10\/18\u00a0 $10.00<\/p>\n

7\/31\/18\u00a0 $0.09 dividend<\/p>\n

One withdrawal was made in the amount of $102.12 for logo design for SHNA\u2019s Thursdays@Roosevelt event. The ending bank balance was $2,230.39<\/p>\n

Encumbered amounts are:<\/p>\n

$0.33 HCC<\/p>\n

$614.29 Keep Abuquerque Pretty<\/p>\n

$100.00 Neighborhood Nite Out grant for safety<\/p>\n

$5.00 signage<\/p>\n

The balance after encumbered amounts is $1,500.77 thru 7\/31\/18.<\/p>\n
