Meeting called to order<\/strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/span>7:00 pm<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Annual Meeting Scheduled:<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/span>The SHNA Annual Meeting will be held on Monday 1\/9\/2012 at the Heights Community Center at 7:00 PM. Please make plans to attend.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Meeting announcement will be posted on the SHNA website, on yard signs, and placed on door hangers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Zoning:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1502 Silver: <\/span><\/strong>The zoning hearing considering a variance for this property has been delayed until January 2012.\u00a0 <\/span>To get a variance the owners will need to show that their property is exceptional (very different from the properties around them) and that not getting a variance would cause harm to them. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Calvary<\/strong> Church<\/strong> Walled Patio:<\/strong><\/span> The Church had built a walled patio without the required set backs.\u00a0 <\/span>As part of the Lead\/Coal project this encroachment was to have been corrected. This correction has not occurred and the patio wall has actually been move closer to the sidewalk. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Smith\u2019s Food & Drug Air Quality Application:<\/strong> Smith on Yale & Coal has received a permit to dispense 3,405,040 gallons of gas per year and is requesting to increase it to 4,500,000 gallons\/year.\u00a0 <\/span>This will increase their volatile Organic Compounds emissions from 22.13 tons\/year to 29.25 tons\/year.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Rich Braziel will attend the public meeting. <\/span>Attachment 2<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Lead\/Coal Project:<\/strong> With any project there are things that go wrong.\u00a0 <\/span>Here is a story of David Jones broken sewer line and how the problem was corrected. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>He thought it might help others if they are having an issue. <\/span>Attachment 3<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Treasure Report:<\/strong> The Treasure report for July 2011 thru October 2011 was presented. Attachment 4<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Board Minutes: <\/strong>The Board Minutes <\/span>from 10\/10\/11 were approved.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Luminarias:<\/span><\/strong> SHNA will be putting up Luminarias on the medians and parkways this Christmas Eve.\u00a0 <\/span>If you are interested in participating please contact Richard Braziel at 848-3100.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
