Please make plans to attend.\u00a0 The meeting announcement\u00a0was reviewed and Tom Ocken will print and\u00a0give to all for<br \/>\ndistribution.<\/p>\n<p><strong><!--more-->Zoning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-Conforming\u00a0Properties:<\/strong>\u00a0 Juanita Garcia, Acting Director\u00a0of Code Compliance for the City of ABQ\u00a0explained about Legal Non-Conforming properties built between 1959 and<br \/>\n1978.\u00a0 Owners need to have documentation\u00a0that their properties were built within this time frame and these properties\u00a0are grandfathered but cannot be expanded in area or number of dwelling units. \u00a0<em><a title=\"Non-Conforming Properties\" href=\"http:\/\/www.silverhillabq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/2011-12-12-Attachment-2-Non-Conforming-Properties.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Attachment 2<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zoning\u00a0Committee: <\/strong>The Board discussed the need for a standing Zoning Committee to address\u00a0the zoning issues in a consistent and continuous manner.\u00a0 Ian Sansom, Alanna Apodaca, and Rich Braziel\u00a0volunteered to work under the direction of the chairman of the committee.<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2121\u00a0Coal:<\/strong> The owner is wanting to increase the number of dwelling units on their\u00a0 property in a way that is similar to what a neighbor did.\u00a0 Gordon will have the owner contact Juanita\u00a0Garcia to get answers on zoning issues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Board Minutes: <\/strong>The Board Minutes from 11\/14\/11 were approved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luminarias:<\/strong> SHNA will be\u00a0putting up Luminarias on the medians and parkways this Christmas Eve.\u00a0 If you are interested in participating please\u00a0contact Richard Braziel at 848-3100. \u00a0Matt Sexton will be having a Posole party on\u00a0Thursday 12\/22\/11 to fold bags.\u00a0 Who will\u00a0be the fastest? Who will rip the fewest?
