Erin Engelbrecht – City of Albuquerque (COA) Environmental: Erin is reaching out to the community to hear what environmental issues are of concern to people. One issue brought up was wildfires. Erin spoke about the importance of the urban tree canopy.
Lead & Coal Two-Way: The meeting will be on Friday 8/17 from 10:00 to 11:30 at the Mid Region Council of Government 809 Copper Ave NW 87102 to discuss Coal & Lead issues.
Roosevelt Park Thursday Summer Events: We will have 2 food trucks for the event on Thursday 8/16 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Roosevelt park. $100 from SHNA approved to support the event.
Parking Permits: It is time to get your On-Street Parking permits. You will need your driver’s license, car registration, & one of your utility bills or lease agreement to prove residency. The permits are issued on the 5th floor of the Plaza Maya building located at 600 2nd St NW.
SHNA Treasurer’s Report – June, July, & August 2018 : Currently we have 27 members. The previous balance was $2,222.33. The following deposits were made:
