From a City press release:
Beginning Tuesday, November 1 crews will begin a project to install a new waterline on Sycamore between Silver and Lead SE. This work will require an excavation in Sycamore Street; therefore the road will be closed to through traffic—access to residences will be maintained.
This project has a scheduled completion of December 2.
Emergencies or planned shut offs may occur during construction.
