Presentation by MRD for plans for neighborhood development. MRD provides incentives to developers to development neighborhood friendly residential and commercial building structures.
Tom provided info for calling in to the city to repair your sidewalk in front of your house. The policy of the city is if you call, your going to be fully responsible for the cost of repair/replacement of the sidewalk.
Jonathan making progress on signs for keeping the neighborhood clean.
Progress update on the replacement of the historical signs that were stolen.
Dumpsters are getting picked up twice a week now on certain properties.
