CNM representatives presentation on new developments on Coal/Buena Vista blvd. Tearing down old buildings and building a new trade center. Also putting up a new student service center university/coal. Tom expressed importance of green space areas.
Tom made a nice sign presentation. Four signs, one at Sycamore, Buena Vista and two at University and Silver.

Discussion on the property of 1700 Gold. No loitering signs are present. It’s still a nuisance property with multiple violations.
